Tijuca National Park, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
Tijuca National Park is actually a tropical rain forest that can be found in Rio de Janeiro. Covering about 820 km² it is considered to be the biggest urban park throughout the world. Ever since the year 1857 efforts have been made to protect this wonderful forest. Because of this success has occurred and much of the forest has been saved from being replanted.
